Eric raced in his second cyclocross race this morning. The course was waaaay more fun as a spectator than last week's. We were able to go out in the middle of the course where we would see Eric several times each lap. It was cold and snowing so Penelope and I bundled up and trekked through the mud for some good photo ops. At the end after Penelope saw Eric ride by the last time she started crying, "dada, all done" over and over. She was sad because he wasn't getting off his bike yet, but very cute at the same time. Warming up her toes and the "rat show" (a.k.a Ratatouille) fixed that and she was perfectly happy.
The racers ride by too fast to get photos so I've reverted to all video.
After the race Penelope and Eric had flu shots. Neither of them even cried. :) Then tonight we had an awesome dinner at Thai Siam (I think that's the name) with the Buchanan's and some chocolate and/or caramel apples at Garnder Village. Yum.
